Executive Leadership Team

Alicia Sanchez, M.Ed.
Executive Administrator
Alicia Sanchez serves as Executive Adminstrator for Harvest Point Academy. She has been in education for 10 years and is passionate about supporting students and families. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Southern University and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Lamar University. Her experience spans both public and private education, with a background in leadership, curriculum writing, accreditation, early childhood education, and a holistic approach to teaching. She and her husband are proud parents of four wonderful children.
At the heart of Alicia’s work is strength and dignity, as she embraces each day with confidence and purpose—reflecting the spirit of Proverbs 31:25.

Allison Bell, M.Ed.
Education Director
Allison serves as the Education Director at Harvest Point Academy. Her life is rooted in Matthew 6:33—“Seek ye first the kingdom of Heaven and all these things shall be added to you”—a verse that has continually guided her, reminding her to center her work and life on God’s will and timing.
Her journey through education and ministry is a reflection of God’s grace. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in English Language Arts Instruction. She is certified as a Principal and Instructional Leader and has spent over a decade in the field—ten years as a classroom teacher and eight years as an instructional coach. She is a Level 3 Master Trainer and trains educators through Workforce Solutions and the Children’s Learning Institute with UTHealth. She is also a graduate of Opened Bible Academy, a two-and-a-half-year program that provided her with in-depth biblical and theological training, enriching both her ministry and personal walk with Christ.
Beyond her work in education, Allison is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She and her husband are the proud parents of a son and daughter-in-law and take great joy in being grandparents to their grandchild. Through every season, Allison continues to walk in faith and obedience, seeking to honor God in all she does and trusting Him to lead her steps.

Keyana Williams, M.Ed.
Social Emotional Learning Director
Keyana Williams serves as the Director of Social Emotional Learning for Harvest Point Academy, bringing over 18 years of experience focused on student wellness and academic excellence. She holds a principal certification from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education—both from the University of Houston. Her background includes roles as a private school principal, school counselor, behavior specialist, and classroom educator. Keyana is married to Robert, and together they have two children.
At the heart of Keyana’s work is her passion for integrating SEL within Christian education. Inspired by Psalm 78:4, she believes in equipping the next generation to experience God’s truth, grow in their identity in Christ, and thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Tyrone Davis
Chaplin
As a minister of God’s Word, Tyrone Davis is a servant leader who has consistently served and led in many ministries over the years. Growing up in St. Louis, Mo. and being one of seven children, Tyrone has developed the traits to work well with others. He currently serves as the Children’s Pastor for One Church Kids @ Harvest Point. Outside of church he is a Project Manager by trade with 15+ years of experience, a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Houston, and is married to his AMAZING wife Mrs.Chimere Davis, who also serves at One Church @ Harvest Point.
